Born and raised on the Southside of Chicago, Taylor has always been a lover of all things food! Growing up shadowing her Grandma Mamie, who was born and raised in Alabama, in the kitchen she quickly adapted many of her recipes and began putting her own modern twist on them. A true self-taught cook!
Over the years Taylor has developed more and more recipes from scratch to go along with recipes developed by generations before hers, and she recently developed her own line of spices (coming soon). Within the last few years she decided to share her gift with the world with her Soul Food Sunday dinners! It has truly been an honor to serve hundreds of people within the Chicagoland area, and after relocating to Houston, TX she is looking forward to servicing you all as well!
